Although we were already in the Early Childhood education sector, MindChamps gave us a new perspective on education and care for our future leaders!

I currently own and operate a logistics company. But, as a mother of three, I decided to venture into the childcare industry. Unsure what direction to take initially, I enquired about MindChamps as well as other Franchises. After talking to Aidan, I had no doubt that MindChamps, values were aligned with mine – a passion for changing and improving the education system in young children in Australia. I genuinely feel privileged to be part of this movement in Australia and I am so excited for the future of our young MindChamps.

We have just participated in the MindChamps Leadership Training which was amazing. Being able to learn the craft of leadership from the CEO of multinational company has never been something that I have expected as part of a franchisee program. David Chiem and his team, Warren, Aidan, Nicholas and Jamie, have gone beyond expectations to bring us together and equip us with the right mindset for becoming future MindChamps ambassadors. I have always considered owning a business in Child Care – as I am a business owner myself (Gym owner 15yrs) and have a background of 20 years in the NSW Police and NSW Department of Communities and Justice. My wife and I wanted to pursue a business where we could make a difference in the community. And once we found MindChamps, we knew that we had found what we were looking for as there was an immediate connection. We had the opportunity to complete leadership training with MindChamps Founder CEO David Chiem to increase our skills. I sent my child to MindChamps PreSchool three years ago because I was so impressed with the learning environment and curriculum. And because I totally believed in the brand, I was convinced to take up a MindChamps preschool franchise together with my friend. Not long after, I built my second centre and we are now thinking of even building even more MindChamps PreSchool centres! I am currently a product manager and a mum to 4 children under the age of ten. As part of my job, I am constantly looking at innovative ways to create a niche in the market and I decided to start my own Early Learning business after several failed attempts at finding one good enough for my children. Tasha and myself have been a part of franchising for over 7 years. In that time, we’ve had businesses in Hair & Beauty and Fast Food. We were always keen on moving into Childcare as we were interested in the space. We spent a great deal of time reviewing other franchises and opportunities within the sector, but nothing truly felt right. When we learnt of MindChamps and understood David’s vision for the brand, we were immediately sold. The brand has proven itself to be to be a pioneer and offers something truly unique which no other centre in Australia can compete with.
