I currently own and operate a logistics company. But, as a mother of three, I decided to venture into the childcare industry. Unsure what direction to take initially, I enquired about MindChamps as well as other Franchises. After talking to Aidan, I had no doubt that MindChamps, values were aligned with mine – a passion for changing and improving the education system in young children in Australia. I genuinely feel privileged to be part of this movement in Australia and I am so excited for the future of our young MindChamps.

We have just participated in the MindChamps Leadership Training which was amazing. Being able to learn the craft of leadership from the CEO of multinational company has never been something that I have expected as part of a franchisee programme. David Chiem and his team, Warren, Aidan Nicholas, and Jamie, have gone beyond expectations to bring us together and equip us with the right mindset for becoming future MindChamps ambassadors. I was looking for a business that is lucrative as well as rewarding and found it with MindChamps. Being able to provide a centre that nurtures young Champs to develop their mindset for the future is something I am really looking forward to.

I have always considered becoming a business in Child Care – as I am a business owner myself (Gym owner 15yrs) and have a background of 20 years in the NSW Police and NSW Department of Communities and Justice. My wife and I wanted to pursue a business where we could make a difference in the community. And once we found Mindchamps, we knew that we had found what we were looking for as there was an immediate connection. We had the opportunity to complete leadership training with MindChamps Founder CEO David Chiem to increase our skills. The training and support for a new franchisee is first class and we have been valued, nurtured and supported all the way. An auditor by trade, I resigned when I had my first baby as I just couldn’t imagine going back to working long hours in a job I wasn’t quite passionate about. Then I came across MindChamps and that’s where my life-altering journey began. Every single team member of MindChamps has been nothing short of incredible – they have become like family. I am currently a product manager and a mum to 4 children under the age of ten. As part of my job, I am constantly looking at innovative ways to create a niche in the market and I decided to start my own Early Learning business after several failed attempts at finding one good enough for my children. I naturally started researching and when I discovered Mindchamps I was blown away! Not only did they tick all the boxes, but they exceeded my expectations. Tasha and myself have been apart of franchising for over 7 years. In that time, we’ve had businesses in Hair & Beauty and Fast Food. We were always keen on moving into Childcare as we were interested in the space.
